About LoanCalculator.ge and its calculation method

Enter a loan amount, nominal annual rate, and term to estimate the monthly payment, total interest, remaining balance, and repayment schedule. Alternatively, enter a monthly payment to estimate payoff time. The 1–360 month range is a planning limit of this site, not a lender's eligibility rule.

The model divides a fixed nominal annual rate by 12. Each month's interest is calculated on the outstanding principal and rounded to two decimal places. In term mode, the program finds the smallest two-decimal monthly payment that clears the loan within the selected term. In payment mode, the schedule ends when the balance reaches zero. The final payment may be smaller.

GEL, USD, and EUR are supported. Switching currency converts the loan amount and entered monthly payment at the official NBG rate displayed on the calculator. Summaries, charts, and CSV rows all come from the same repayment schedule.

The calculator does not model daily accrual, specific payment dates, variable rates, fees, insurance, the effective annual rate, down-payment requirements, future exchange-rate movements, or bank approval rules. A lender's schedule may differ. Check the complete offer and official bank schedule before making a financial decision.
